Arthur High Energy has been in existence for over ten years. This will be the first year under the new director Kiesha Walter. Past directors have been Jim Durbin and Cyndi Cazzell-Johnson, and past choreographers have been Dwight Jordan, Lori Durbin, and Mark Anthony Lord. Arthur has amazed audiances in the past with its ability to compete on a level seemingly unimaginable with the size of the school. The total school enrollment is 132 students. That means about 1/3 of the whole school participates in the show choir.(I bet some directors wish they had that kind of participation.) They compete at many competitions including Mt. Zion, Sullivan, Pekin, Edgewood, Onalaska, and Walt Disney World Showstoppers. They compete and place against schools more than ten times their size. The accomplishments of Arthur "High Energy" are like none other small school in the state.
